Our Hotel Garni offers 28 modern double rooms with bath, toilet and TV. It is possible to book a double room as a single room.
There is a telephone in the lobby. When you pick up the phone, it automatically calls the reception at Hotel Svendborg, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
All hotel rooms have free wireless internet. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

On 1 October 2026, Hotel Garni, along with Hotel Svendborg, Hotel Ærø and Hotel Fredericia, will become part of the Funen-based, family-owned hotel chain Milling Hotels.
After nearly 50 years of hotel operations, Halberg is passing the baton to an experienced hotel business with strong roots in Funen and values that are close to our own.
For our guests, the change of ownership primarily means that the familiar will continue. Existing bookings and agreements remain valid as before, and you will continue to meet the same members of staff and experience the hospitality you know.
With Milling Hotels, we will continue to safeguard and develop the hotel's local roots and close relationship with the town and the local area. At the same time, we become part of a larger hotel community comprising 16 hotels, which provides new opportunities for the hotel's continued development.

Hotel Svendborg and Hotel Garni will be closed from Sunday 15th December to Sunday 29th December 2024 at 12:00.
During this period, we offer accommodation at Hotel Ærø (without breakfast).
