We warmly welcome you to Hotel Garni! Hotel Garni is part of Halberg Hotels and is owned by the same owner as Hotel Svendborg. Hotel Garni is unmanned, but if you need help, you can always contact the reception at Hotel Svendborg, which is available 24 hours a day.
If you have any questions or need assistance, the reception at Hotel Svendborg can always be contacted using the black telephone in the lobby.
The summer is hot at Hotel Garni. Therefore, it is possible to swap your duvet for a sheet, which can be found in the bookcase in your room.
Breakfast can be purchased at Hotel Svendborg for DKK 130 per person per day. Breakfast is served at Hotel Svendborg at the following times:
Monday – Friday: 06.30 – 09.30 am
Saturday: 07.00 – 10.00 am
Sunday: 07.30 – 10.30 am
Changes may occur during school holidays and public holidays. Please contact the reception.
The room will be at your disposal until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please kindly keep your key card throughout your stay. On the day of departure, please place the key card in the black box labelled ”key card check out” which is located in the lobby by the check-in counter.
Your key card should be placed in the box at the entrance to the room – after this, you will have power in your room. If the card is removed (when you leave the room), the power will be cut off.
The amperage in the hotel's sockets is 220 volts.
Upon arrival at the hotel, please familiarise yourself with the emergency exit and escape routes. A smoke detector is installed in all rooms. If the smoke detector goes off, please call 112 immediately for an emergency call to the control centre.

Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. The password is ”svendborg”.
There is a refrigerator in the living area for free use. Living room: Located on the ground floor. Here you can brew coffee, boil water and use the microwave.
There is a smoking ban in all indoor areas. If smoking occurs in the room, an extra cleaning fee of DKK 2000 will be charged.
The room is cleaned on the 4th day. If you do not require this, please contact Hotel Svendborg's reception at +45 6217 6208 or via the telephone in the hotel lobby. Additional towels and toilet paper are available on the 1st floor by rooms 20 - 29.
A selection of TV channels, including TV2 and DR1, can be accessed via the remote control.
There is internet access on the TV. Access to DR1 and the film channel ”pluto” is available via Apps.
You can also use ”cast”. You select ”cast” via remote control and your own mobile/tablet. You then ”send” your own screenshot from your phone/tablet to the TV screen (see instructions).
You can set up wake-up on your TV. On the remote control, do the following:
1. Press the ”alarm” button
2. Enter wake-up time
3. Turn off the TV using the standby button (red)
The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables in your room. We hope you have a pleasant stay in Svendborg.
