Terms and conditions of sale:

Hotel Garni reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card before arrival.

When you make a reservation via our website: www.hotel-garni.dk we ask for a guarantee with your credit card or payment at the time of booking if you have chosen this payment method. First name and surname must match the guest's ID card and credit card, which must be presented upon request at check-in. Cancellation and payment terms can be seen on the current offer when booking. This is also stated in the confirmation sent by email after a booking has been made.

Payment is made in DKK:

All prices are total prices including VAT.

Conditions for changing and cancelling a reservation:

Reservations made on the hotel's own website can be changed or cancelled. Changes or cancellations are subject to possible price changes. The reservation cannot be transferred to another hotel. In case of cancellation, a cancellation confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. This confirmation is a guarantee that the room has been cancelled. For hotel stays/accommodation booked via a third party or via online travel agencies, the party in question must be contacted directly.

Reservations without the possibility of cancellation:

If you have made a non-refundable booking, the reservation must be prepaid and is non-refundable. Changes can only be made by contacting the hotel directly either by email: booking@hotel-garni.dk or tel: +456221 1700. In case of changes, a fee of DKK 300 per reservation will be charged each time the date is changed. Please also note that changes in date, number of nights, number of people, etc. Can lead to a change in the price per night. Reservations are made for sold-out days and/or room categories when changing the date or length of stay. Any price reduction in the stay due to a change is non-refundable. Reservations can max. Reservations can be changed up to 12 months from the originally booked date.

Reservations with the option to cancel:

All reservations that include accommodation with or without breakfast can be changed and/or cancelled without additional fees or costs until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Changes or cancellations after 12:00 noon on the day of arrival will result in the first night of the stay being charged.

Changes to reservations made on the hotel's own website must be made by contacting the hotel directly either by email: booking@hotel-garni.dk or tel: +4562211700.

Please note that changes in date, number of nights, number of people, etc. May lead to a change in the price per night. Reservations are made for sold-out days and/or room categories when changing reservations.

In case of no-show, the credit card number provided will be charged according to the cancellation terms of the booking in question.

Check in and check out

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. If the departure time is not met, the hotel reserves the right to charge you the room rate for an extra night according to the applicable list rates.

If you do not check in on the arrival date, your right to use the room for the remaining nights you have booked will be cancelled. If you wish to use your reservation after the original arrival date, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel no later than the originally scheduled check-in date. This must be done in writing via email and applies to all reservation types.

Groups

The prices on the website apply to individual reservations up to a maximum of 9 rooms in total. If 10 or more rooms are booked for the same period, the hotel will consider it as a group, which will result in a change of prices and general conditions including cancellation and payment terms. The hotel will send a group contract for signature to confirm the bookings.

Guests under the age of 18

Guests under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult when staying at the hotel.
